1. This product adopts a type of unitized design with upper baking oven and lower dough recovery box, with appearance pleasing to the eyes; Baking and fermenting functions may be utilized in combined or separate mode; Space and time are saved, and the efficiency is improved; Its control system adopts high-performance microcomputer control technology, with high control precision and simple and convenient operation.
2. Bottom plate of the baking oven hearth is equipped with special-purpose slate, which is characterized by high heat storage performance, high temperature resistance, and distortion resistance, ensuring even more ideal baking effect. Independent burners are set up separately for upper and lower part of the hearth, where gas and air are sent by air blower after mixed fully in proper ratio to obtain the heating in a form of fully burnt open fire with blue flame and half vapor convection, providing a pollution free and assured baking quality.
3. Use of the advanced electronic ignition device that our company developed will ensure safe and liable operation by automatic shutting off the valve and giving a sound and light alarm in case of a fire failure, unexpected flame-out, gas used up and etc. It features a separated arrangement of high-voltage ignition device and control device, assuring a strong high-voltage spark and reliable work performance. It also provides a wider air door regulation, enabling a reliable ignition and burning at a larger air door regulation range.
4. High burning and heat generating efficiency. As compared with same power electric baking oven, this product can not only save the cost for power capacity increase and distribution line, but also offer a good economical result as it has a very low gas consumption.
5. Baking oven and dough recovery box are equipped with large sight glass and lighting device, and the production process may come into plain view.
6. Dough recovery box adopts electric heating tubes for heating humidification, spraying humidification and hot air convection so as to realize fully automatic humidity/temperature control, convenient operation, quick heating-up, and good uniformity of humidity and temperature.
